The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is a national-level medical entrance examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to undergraduate medical and allied health courses across India.

NEET is the sole entrance exam for medical admissions in both government and private institutions, including top institutes like AIIMS and JIPMER. The exam is held in offline mode (pen-and-paper) and conducted in 11 regional languages, including English and Hindi, making it accessible to students from diverse backgrounds.
